This website provides information about nutritional therapy services, general education, and practitioner-led guidance.

Services are offered on a 1:1 and group programme, online courses, or digital product basis and are currently sold through this website.

Cancellation & Cooling-Off Period

  • Right to Cancel: In accordance with UK Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of booking without giving a reason.

  • Waiver of Right: By booking an appointment to take place within this 14-day cancellation period, you explicitly request the service to begin early and acknowledge that your right to a full refund is waived once the consultation has been performed.

  • Notice Period: Outside of the statutory cooling-off period, we require [e.g., 48 hours] notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than [48 hours] notice will be charged at the full session rate.
